BNI publishes and
sells the Guide to Local, State,
and Federal Laws Governing
Tenant-Landlord Relations**.
The guide includes all of the
federal and state laws and the
local laws in the
following editions:
Baltimore City, Baltimore
County, Anne Arundel County, and
Prince George's County.
For all other counties there is
a Maryland state edition.
Rental applications and model
leases (Single Family Leases and
Multi-unit leases) are also available for
purchase from our office by mail.
Supplements
County Supplements are available
for Baltimore County, Prince
George’s County, and Anne
Arundel County. They
contain the local housing code
and local laws.
