Eviction Policies:
The sheriff's office does not notify tenants of the eviction date. Eviction dates are usually posted a day beforehand on the second floor of the courthouse at the Eviction Prevention Office. If you have a court judgment for nonpayment of rent, it is important that you are present at the property on the eviction date with a dated receipt or with the full amount of the court judgment.
